In addition to the main house, 17 other buildings exist on the property which are in fair to average condition (see attachments). The Camellia garden located just to the left of the main house adds to the historic charm of this property. Designed by renown New York Landscape Architect, Benito Innocenti, the garden features Serpentine brick walls, beautiful iron gates, and a center fountain with expertly crafted ironwork. A small private island, referred to as Vesper's Island, sits at the South end of the property and overlooks the marsh.
