Morning!

Happy Tuesday, t’s one of my favorite days of the week! So, I never finished my One Room Challenge, we are still working on it. Everything actually came in on time except for the shelving stuff, whomp whomp. It will be great when I’m finished, which will be hopefully soon.

Of course I’m behind on blog posts because I’ve had so many projects going on and real estate too. This post could actually be a top 200 but I will control myself and save the others for another time.

Anyway, that being said, let’s get started!

This bathtub is amazing, this bathroom is stunning and so serene.

I know this kind of kitchen’s are not the norm, but I can’t help but lust after it. It’s wide open and spacious and just fabulous!

So, once we finally finish the playroom, I have one more space that needs a refresh, my laundry room. I have these strange cabinet where there’s a lot of storage, but it’s so sad looking. I want to re-design that space and create just a small mudroom space like this to be able to drop off shoes and book bags.

I am madly in love with this living space. It’s so fresh and simple and just lovely!

Changing directions to home decor.

I’m currently working on two kitchen renovations and both are complete opposite styles. For one kitchen, I’m planning on ordering two of these beautiful lucite lights for over the island.

And, I ordered this velvet sofa for the living room, I cannot wait to see it in person!

I have to tell you, this zebra rug is beautiful in person. I ordered it for a master bedroom project and the client and I are over the moon.

Finally, with Christmas not to far away, I’ve started some early Christmas shopping.

I love these earrings, the curve, the simplicity, they’re fun and easy.

For your girlfriends, this coffee mug is so fun. I would love to have one for myself!
