Pins Away! My Pinterest-Inspired Guest Bathroom Selections
Like many of you, I’m addicted to Pinterest. I think I may be spending my evenings pinning my life away! There are just so many ideas floating out there, which inspires me tremendously. Especially when I’m working on a home decorating or design project.
Right now I’m focusing my browsing efforts on a guest bathroom for a client. I’m thinking white subway tiles with dark grout, which is easily becoming one of my favorite looks for kitchens and bathrooms.
We all know that our guests are checking themselves out in the bathroom mirror, so why not provide them with one of these cool vanities with tall, narrow mirrors.
And, I love these statement piece – a beautiful chandelier to set the mood and hanging bronze sconces that are sure to capture your attention. Plus this shower is incredible. I love the contrast between the grey walls and black/white tiled open shower.
I need one of these charcuterie boards for my house! And, what about the potted plant? Would you put one in your bathroom? Brings an earthy feeling to the room.
Shelving is something often overlooked and added later. I like how these custom shelves sit right above the toilet. This serves as a functional yet fun space to decorate. Or, if you don’t have enough wall space to store towels, try the trio of towel bars on the back of your door.
