Mission new front door
The exterior of a home is just as important to me as the interior of a home. I have to say my latest obsession is finding a new front door. I love when I show properties and the front door is great- the planters, wreath or whatever else they have accessorizing the entrance is just right, it makes you so excited to see the inside- it’s almost like opening a present!
My door is this red/orange color and lacks a wow factor. This simple one story ranch needs a wow factor. So my first goal is to get a new front door!
I’ve been on google images and have found these that I adore. I’ve sent them to my local vendor who is replacing our windows and interior doors in hopes that he can get one of these for me.

All these doors above have great planters and are clean and simple- I just want to open each one of these doors to see what’s inside!

The exterior of your home gives that first impression to passersby which is vital to give the design and styling some thought, including the front door. Were you able to choose one from your photo-inspirations? Well, the door from the 2nd photo looks stunning, but my vote goes to the 4th one.

If you want a picturesque outdoor, you should go for your husband’s first choice. But if you want a sophisticated look, choose the last one. I would. There is just something about its simplicity that captures the eye.

That’s pretty much the door we chose- we used a local building supply company called Pro-Build here in Charleston. Send them this photo and they will be easily able to match it. Hope that helps!
