Hi friends!

How was your Thanksgiving? Ours was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I wanted to take the boys somewhere fun during their week off and we decided on the Biltmore. It was so lovely! I will have to take time to write a post and share our experience. After our visit to Asheville, we spent time with my in-laws and enjoyed our Thanksgiving festivities.

But, before we left I sent out our Christmas cards! I’m sorry I got so excited over that, but I was so proud of FINALLY being on top of it. I feel that I’ve been barely getting by the last few years, So, it was a great feeling to send them out early. We had our Christmas photos done in October by an amazing photographer named Lucy Cuneo. I ordered my cards orderer early November from Minted and I was over the moon to receive them before we left for the holidays. My oldest son helped stuff the envelopes and both boys put the stamps on. Some stamps may not be aligned correctly but that’s ok. They loved being a part of the process.

This will be my 5th year using Minted. I love their cards, their quality, their selections, the ease of having them done and their customer service! These are the cards I’ve chosen over the past 5 years.

This year was a hard decision! I liked severa! Here were some of my choices.

However, in the end, this card won my heart.

I’ve had friends call to say how excited they were when they received our Christmas card and how much they loved it! Each year I display the cards I receive on a DIY ladder that I’ve made and each year I take them down and put them in a ziplock bag and put them away with my decorations. I love looking back at all the wonderful Christmas cards that we receive each year. It truly is the most wonderful time of the year!
