Happy Friday, y’all! Can we do a little weekend cheer? I’m off to volunteer this morning, but I wanted to leave you with some fabulousness – a beautiful home tour of some dear friends of mine! Sammy is a local builder here in Charleston. Ryan & I always have a blast when we catch up with him and his wife Tracey. They’ve had several homes but, this home is probably one of my favorites… so come take a peek!

Let’s start with their kitchen… yep I’m in love!

I love the space, the colors, the cabinets, the countertops, the windows… I think you get my point!

I’m obsessed with floating shelves – these fit the space well and are simple.

How beautiful are these sliding doors to display your dish-ware?

I can sit and stare out this window all day!

I can’t say enough about how much I love swing arm sconces, and these look beautiful over the sink.

Ok, so moving onto the den now… perfect open space for entertaining!

I love the simplicity of this fireplace and how it also makes a statement.

Who said coastal colors are only blues, greens and whites? I love the black!

Here’s a view back into the kitchen.

The dining space off the den has such a marvelous feel. I can see endless nights of entertaining here! Look at all the seating!

Also, up these stairs is the way to the master bedroom.

When you walk into the room, there’s a small area for Tracey to get ready.

Then, you walk into the bedroom that has a balcony overlooking the pool.

The ceiling is vaulted with shiplap.

Off the master is the master bathroom. It is spacious and wonderful.

The shower is HUGE and has carrera marble on the walls. Love!

The tub overlooks the patio and pool area as well.

Finally, that pool I’ve been mentioning, well, it does not disappoint!
